Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license
  • Ability to stand for 20 percent of the time
  • Ability to sit for 80 percent of the time
  • Ability to squat occasionally
  • Ability to kneel occasionally
  • Ability to bend occasionally
  • Ability to drive occasionally
  • Ability to lift occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent communication skills via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone systems
  • Basic technology literacy for telehealth support

Job Duties

  • Maintain schedules of clinical staff
  • Enter and verify client data
  • Collect copayments
  • Provide technology support for telehealth appointments
  • Answer multi-line phone
  • Register clients in the electronic medical record
  • Deliver excellent customer service to promote a recovery-focused service environment
  • Research and verify insurance benefits and apply for alternative payer sources
  • Prepare and scan documents to internal Health Information Management
  • Cross train and perform duties at neighboring locations
