Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in medical front desk or specialty practice
- experience using EMR and scheduling software
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills
- proficiency in patient interaction and problem-solving
- Spanish bilingual is preferred
- ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a medical front desk or specialty practice
- experience with Modernizing Medicine (ModMed EMA) preferred
- strong command of EMR systems and scheduling platforms
- excellent communication skills with emotional intelligence and professionalism
- ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
- service-driven mindset with a focus on patient experience
Job Duties
- deliver a white-glove patient experience from check-in through departure
- manage complex scheduling across multiple providers and visit types
- coordinate patient flow to maintain efficiency and minimize wait times
- serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and clinical staff
- handle high-volume calls and time-sensitive patient needs
- verify insurance, secure authorizations, and ensure financial accuracy
- maintain precise documentation within Modernizing Medicine (ModMed EMA)
- uphold a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
