Job Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
  • Have a safe driving record based on company policies
  • Have customer service experience
  • Be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours
  • Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
  • Be able to stand and walk for long periods
  • Be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Prior work experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is helpful
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Physical ability to lift or push up to 75 pounds and perform frequent bending, stooping, twisting, climbing, crouching, kneeling, sitting, and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers
  • Retrieve equipment from customer locations and transport it back to the office
  • Educate and engage customers on equipment features and functionality at the time of delivery
  • Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and in a timely manner for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance
  • Process, clean, inspect, and test medical equipment as required
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure efficient service delivery
