Job Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
- Have a safe driving record based on company policies
- Have customer service experience
- Be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours
- Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Prior work experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is helpful
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Physical ability to lift or push up to 75 pounds and perform frequent bending, stooping, twisting, climbing, crouching, kneeling, sitting, and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers
- Retrieve equipment from customer locations and transport it back to the office
- Educate and engage customers on equipment features and functionality at the time of delivery
- Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and in a timely manner for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance
- Process, clean, inspect, and test medical equipment as required
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure efficient service delivery
