Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Possess a valid drivers license
  • Have a clean motor vehicle record
  • Pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
  • Provide proof of insurance with 100/300 liability coverage
  • Willingness to obtain TSA and customer-specific medical certifications
  • Have workers comp or occupational accident coverage as required by state statute or $1MM occupational accident coverage
  • Own a reliable car suitable for deliveries

Job Qualifications

  • Valid drivers license
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Proven reliability and safe driving record
  • Ability to obtain TSA certification and other required medical certifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with medical courier or delivery services preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Job Duties

  • Perform on-demand deliveries of medical supplies to healthcare facilities
  • Ensure timely same-day service and maintain delivery schedules
  • Provide excellent customer care and communication during pickups and drop-offs
  • Handle and transport medical specimens and sensitive materials securely
  • Maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness and safety
  • Follow TSA and customer-specific certification protocols
  • Complete all necessary delivery documentation accurately
