Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mediclear Certification or equivalent
- Experience in a medical assistant or receptionist role preferred
- Proficient in EHR systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to take vital signs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet patients, manage check-in/intake, verify insurance, schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate EHR records and ensure privacy compliance
- Answer phones, route messages, support day-to-day office flow
- Take vital signs, assist with basic life-support situations as trained, support clinicians during visits
- Coordinate across urgent care, internal medicine, geriatrics, and other departments as needed
- Monitor and restock medical supplies
- Uphold infection control and safety protocols
