Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- completion of a medical assistant training program
- certified medical assistant (CMA) or equivalent credential
- reliable transportation for travel between designated practice locations
Job Qualifications

- completion of a medical assistant training program
- certified medical assistant (CMA) or equivalent credential
- previous experience in dermatology or aesthetics strongly preferred
- proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- bilingual (preferred) - ability to communicate with a diverse patient population
- strong interest in skin health, cosmetic treatments, and patient education
Job Duties
- Greet and prepare patients for dermatology exams and cosmetic procedures
- take vital signs, review medical histories, and update patient charts in the EHR system
- assist providers with procedures such as skin checks, biopsies, cryotherapy, suture removal, and aesthetic services (e.g., chemical peels, laser treatments, injectables)
- perform phlebotomy and specimen collection following sterilization and safety protocols
- maintain exam rooms and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for patient care
- support front desk operations as needed, including answering phones and scheduling appointments
- travel between assigned practice locations as needed to provide coverage
- deliver a concierge-level patient experience from start to finish
