Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in media, communications, events, or related administrative support preferred
  • Ability to maintain an established work schedule
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Competency in using standard office software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to work safely and follow safety rules
  • Must be domiciled in the State of Texas during employment

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in standard office software applications
  • Experience with student information and database systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of work-related information and materials
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Job Duties

  • Work in a specialty area within a department or office
  • Coordinate, evaluate, develop, and implement specialized materials to support departmental programs
  • Provide training or support training programs
  • Review and process documents, maintain databases, and provide reports
  • Provide information to others regarding processes and procedures
  • Assist with general reporting and maintenance of databases as required
