Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in media, communications, events, or related administrative support preferred
- Ability to maintain an established work schedule
- Strong organizational skills
- Competency in using standard office software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work safely and follow safety rules
- Must be domiciled in the State of Texas during employment

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including tact and diplomacy

Job Duties
- Work in a specialty area within a department or office
- Coordinate, evaluate, develop, and implement specialized materials to support departmental programs
- Provide training or support training programs
- Review and process documents, maintain databases, and provide reports
- Provide information to others regarding processes and procedures
- Assist with general reporting and maintenance of databases as required
