Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in media, events, or communications support
  • Proficiency in standard office software and database systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capacity to perform physical tasks including occasional lifting up to 30 pounds
  • Residency in Texas as required by ACC employment policies

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in media, events, communications, or related fields
  • Proficiency with standard office software applications
  • Ability to effectively communicate with tact and diplomacy
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Job Duties

  • Coordinate, evaluate, develop, and implement specialized materials to support departmental programs
  • Provide training or support training programs
  • Review and process documents
  • Maintain databases and generate reports
  • Provide information regarding departmental processes and procedures
  • Assist with general reporting and maintenance of databases
  • Work within a specialty area or team (such as the MOP team)
