Job Duties

  • Managing operations for all aspects of the spa
  • Providing and continually evaluating outstanding guest service and satisfaction
  • Addressing and resolving guest complaints and staff conflicts
  • Generating and enhancing revenue through various means, such as increasing guest retention and satisfaction, B2B outreach, and community outreach
  • Managing, hiring, and developing staff, including implementing ongoing training programs
  • Preparing and managing financial aspects of the spa, including forecasting revenue and controlling costs
  • Ensuring the spa operates in accordance with health and safety regulations and maintains a clean, safe environment for guests and staff
  • Overseeing payroll and inventory management
  • Managing relationships with product and equipment suppliers
  • Overseeing the use and maintenance of booking systems and other technological tools
  • Programming and marketing special events
  • Participating in community events and initiatives to promote the spa and foster relationships within the local area
