Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
ability to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
good communication skills
customer service orientation
leadership ability for supervisory roles
valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery drivers
physical ability to stand and work for extended periods
ability to lift moderate weight
reliable and punctual
team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
experience in customer service or food service preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to manage and resolve customer disputes
leadership skills for front and kitchen leader roles
knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations preferred
valid driver’s license for delivery drivers
ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Take orders and enter into system through phone walk-ins or drive-thru
prepare basic food items such as salads and box orders
train new front crew members in order taking and salad making
handle common customer disputes with professionalism
close the store by completing closing list and shutting down POS
assist in kitchen operations including dough slapping and oven catching
lead kitchen crew to ensure timely and quality order execution
maintain kitchen stations during shifts
deliver orders to customers in a courteous and friendly manner
perform store maintenance duties including changing trash bags sweeping parking lot washing dishes and catching oven
