Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- ability to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- good communication skills
- customer service orientation
- leadership ability for supervisory roles
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery drivers
- physical ability to stand and work for extended periods
- ability to lift moderate weight
- reliable and punctual
- team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications

- experience in customer service or food service preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage and resolve customer disputes
- leadership skills for front and kitchen leader roles
- knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations preferred
- valid driver’s license for delivery drivers
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Take orders and enter into system through phone walk-ins or drive-thru
- prepare basic food items such as salads and box orders
- train new front crew members in order taking and salad making
- handle common customer disputes with professionalism
- close the store by completing closing list and shutting down POS
- assist in kitchen operations including dough slapping and oven catching
- lead kitchen crew to ensure timely and quality order execution
- maintain kitchen stations during shifts
- deliver orders to customers in a courteous and friendly manner
- perform store maintenance duties including changing trash bags sweeping parking lot washing dishes and catching oven
