Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of math, weights and measures
- Dependable and reliable
- Outgoing and friendly behavior
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Perform general housekeeping and sanitize work area
- Adhere to safety, health, weights and measures regulations and company recipes
- Capable of standing for up to 4 hours continuously
- Able to work inside temperature controlled area
- Possess good vision
- Be able to lift or carry products between 25 to 90 lbs
- Be able to use a pallet jack to move pallets up to 500 lbs
- Be able to move racks and tables weighing up to 70 lbs

Job Duties
- Provide high level of customer service
- Practice safe food handling procedures
- Receive, store, and grind meats
- Unload and transport fresh, cured, and boxed meats and poultry
- Count and weigh incoming articles and compare against invoices
- Examine and rotate meats in storage to avoid aging
- Assist customers with questions and special orders
