Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of math, weights and measures
- Dependable and reliable
- Outgoing and friendly behavior
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Ability to take direction and participate in team environment
- Perform general housekeeping including cleaning and sanitizing work area
- Adhere to safety, health, weights and measures regulations and company recipes
- Must be capable of standing for up to 4 hours continuously and 8 hours per shift
- Able to walk up to 2 miles per 8 hours
- Able to work inside a temperature controlled area
- Possess good vision for operating sharp tools and equipment
- Able to lift and carry products horizontally and vertically between 25 to 90 lbs
- Able to use pallet jack to move pallets up to 500 lbs requiring force up to 85 lbs
- Able to move racks weighing up to 70 lbs with force up to 25 lbs
- Able to move tables weighing up to 70 lbs with force greater than 35 lbs

Job Duties
- Receive, store, and grind meats
- Unload and transport fresh, cured, and boxed meats and poultry
- Count and weigh incoming articles and compare with invoice
- Examine meats in storage and rotate to avoid aging
- Provide prompt and friendly customer service
- Assist customers with questions and special orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work area according to guidelines
