- basic knowledge of math, weights, and measures

- ability to lift and carry 25 to 90 lbs
- able to use pallet jack to move up to 500 lbs
- able to move racks and tables weighing up to 70 lbs

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of customer service
- practice safe food handling procedures
- receive, store, and grind meats
- unload and transport fresh, cured, and boxed meats and poultry
- count and weigh incoming products and verify against invoices
- examine and rotate meats to avoid aging
- assist customers with questions, special orders, and product location
- perform general housekeeping to clean and sanitize work area
- adhere to company procedures and safety regulations
