Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of math, weights and measures
- Be dependable and reliable
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Have an outgoing and friendly behavior
- Have a positive attitude
- Ability to interact with customers
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Have good communication skills
- Ability to take direction
- Participate in a team environment
- Perform general housekeeping and sanitation duties
- Adhere to safety, health, weights and measures regulations
- Be capable of standing continuously for up to 4 hours and 8 hours per shift
- Walk up to 2 miles per 8 hours
- Work inside a temperature controlled area
- Possess good vision for using sharp tools
- Lift/carry products between 25 to 90 lbs
- Use a pallet jack to move pallets up to 500 lbs
- Move racks of products weighing up to 70 lbs
- Move tables weighing up to 70 lbs

Job Duties
- Provide high level of customer service
- Practice safe food handling procedures
- Receive, store, and grind meats
- Unload and transport fresh, cured, and boxed meats and poultry from delivery
- Count and weigh incoming products and compare against invoices
- Examine and rotate meats in storage
- Assist customers with questions and special orders
