Job Requirements
- Legal work authorization in the United States
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- No food safety violations in past employment
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ability to lift moderate weights
- Willingness to learn and adhere to company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in meat handling or food service is an asset
- Ability to operate wrapping and grinding machines
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- Good physical stamina to handle standing and lifting
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Wrap and label meat products using wrapping machine
- Stock display cases with meat products
- Operate meat grinder
- Clean and sanitize meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- Restock supplies as needed
- Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment
- Support team efforts in the meat department
