Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to safely operate wrapping machinery and meat grinder
- Capacity to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items
- Willingness to adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Previous experience in a retail or food service environment preferred

Job Duties
- Wraps and labels meat products using wrapping machine
- Stocks display cases with meat products
- Operates meat grinder
- Cleans and sanitizes meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- Restocks supplies for smooth operations
- Ensures compliance with health and safety standards
- Assists in inventory management and product rotation
