Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- No prior criminal record involving food safety
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in meat handling or retail food service preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate meat wrapping machines and grinders
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina to stand and lift throughout shift
Job Duties
- Wrap and label meat products using wrapping machine
- Stock display cases
- Operate meat grinder
- Clean and sanitize meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- Restock supplies
