Job Duties
- Wraps and labels meat products using wrapping machine
- stocks display cases with meat products
- operates meat grinder
- sanitizes and cleans meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- restocks supplies
- maintains hygiene and safety standards in the meat department
- assists with inventory management and product rotation
