Job Requirements

- Ability to operate meat wrapping and grinding equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift moderate weights
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends

- Previous experience in meat handling or food service preferred
- Ability to operate wrapping machine and meat grinder
- Knowledge of food safety practices

Job Duties
- Wraps and labels meat products using wrapping machine
- Stocks display cases with meat products
- Operates meat grinder
- Cleans and sanitizes meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- Restocks supplies
- Maintains food safety and hygiene standards
- Assists customers with meat product inquiries
