- ability to operate wrapping machines and meat grinders safely
- knowledge of proper sanitation and cleaning procedures
- physical ability to handle meat products and equipment
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in a retail or meat department preferred
- knowledge of meat cutting and wrapping procedures is a plus
- ability to operate wrapping machines and meat grinders
- understanding of health and safety standards

Job Duties
- Wraps and labels meat products using wrapping machine
- stocks display cases
- operates meat grinder
- cleans and sanitizes meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- restocks supplies
