Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or food service experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift moderate weight up to 50 pounds
- knowledge of sanitation procedures
- willingness to follow safety protocols
- legal authorization to work
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience handling meat products preferred
- familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to operate wrapping and grinding machinery
- good physical stamina
- basic math skills for labeling weights and prices
- strong attention to detail
- effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Wrap and label meat products using wrapping machine
- stock display cases
- operate meat grinder
- clean and sanitize meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- restock supplies
