Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in meat processing or retail food service preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift heavy meat products up to required weight limits
- ability to follow safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- must comply with health and safety regulations

- Previous experience in meat handling or food service preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to operate meat wrapping machinery and grinders

Job Duties
- Wraps and labels meat products using wrapping machine
- stocks display cases with meat products
- operates meat grinder safely and efficiently
- cleans and sanitizes meat department including meat room and cooler
- cleans and sanitizes equipment and utensils
- restocks supplies needed for meat department operations
- maintains compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
