Job Qualifications

- previous experience in meat processing or food handling is an advantage
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to operate meat wrapping machines and grinders
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- good physical stamina to stand for long periods
Job Duties
- Wraps and labels meat products using wrapping machine
- stocks display cases
- operates meat grinder
- cleans and sanitizes meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- restocks supplies
