Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds
- previous experience in retail or food handling preferred
- must follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- basic math skills

- ability to operate wrapping machines and meat grinders
- knowledge of food safety standards
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina
- effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Wrap and label meat products using wrapping machine
- stock display cases with fresh meat items
- operate meat grinder for meat preparation
- clean and sanitize meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- restock supplies needed for meat department operations
- follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- assist in maintaining inventory and product rotation
