- Ability to operate mechanical wrapping and grinding equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Wraps and labels meat products using wrapping machine
- Stocks display cases with fresh meat items
- Operates meat grinder to prepare meat products
- Cleans and sanitizes meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- Restocks supplies as needed
- Maintains compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Assists in inventory management and rotation of meat products
