- ability to operate meat wrapping machinery
- knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols
- physical ability to lift and carry heavy items
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- willingness to comply with all health and safety regulations
- prior experience in meat handling or food service preferred

Job Duties
- Wrap meat products using wrapping machine
- label meat products accurately
- stock meat display cases
- operate meat grinder safely
- clean and sanitize meat department including meat room and cooler
- maintain cleanliness of equipment and utensils
- restock supplies as needed
