Job Duties
- Wraps and labels meat products using wrapping machine
- Stocks display cases with meat products
- Operates meat grinder safely and efficiently
- Cleans and sanitizes meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- Restocks supplies to maintain department operations
- Ensures compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Assists team in maintaining inventory and product presentation
