Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- capability to operate meat wrapping and grinding machinery
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- previous experience in retail food service preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to operate meat wrapping and grinding equipment
- strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Wrap and label meat products using wrapping machine
- stock display cases with meat products
- operate meat grinder safely and efficiently
- clean and sanitize the meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- restock supplies as needed
