Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in meat wrapping or related field preferred
- ability to operate meat wrapping machines
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- willingness to adhere to safety and hygiene standards
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in meat handling or food service preferred
- knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- ability to operate wrapping machine and meat grinder
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Wrap and label meat products using wrapping machine
- stock display cases and operate meat grinder
- clean and sanitize meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- restock supplies
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- assist with inventory management
- provide excellent customer service
