Job Duties
- Wraps and labels meat products using wrapping machine
- Stocks display cases and operates meat grinder
- Cleans and sanitizes meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- Restocks supplies
- Ensures compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborates with team for efficient department operation
- Maintains accurate product labeling
