- Knowledge of cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate wrapping machines and grinders
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights

Job Duties
- Wraps and labels meat products using wrapping machine
- Stocks display cases with meat products
- Operates meat grinder
- Cleans and sanitizes meat department, including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- Restocks supplies
- Maintains sanitation and hygiene standards
- Ensures proper presentation of meat products
