Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to operate machinery including meat wrapping machine and meat grinder
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • physical ability to perform cleaning and stocking tasks
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • willingness to follow safety protocols and company policies

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in meat handling or food service preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to operate meat wrapping machinery and meat grinder
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Wraps and labels meat products using wrapping machine
  • stocks display cases with meat products
  • operates meat grinder to prepare products
  • cleans and sanitizes meat department, including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
  • restocks supplies in the meat department
  • maintains compliance with health and safety standards
  • ensures quality and freshness of meat products
