Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in meat handling or food preparation preferred
- ability to safely operate meat wrapping and grinding machinery
- knowledge of sanitation and food safety practices
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- compliance with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a food handling or meat department role preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to operate meat wrapping and grinding equipment
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Wrap and label meat products using wrapping machine
- stock display cases with meat products
- operate meat grinder to prepare meat
- clean and sanitize meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- restock supplies as needed
- follow safety and sanitation protocols
- assist team members in daily department operations
