Job Duties
- Wrap and label meat products using wrapping machine
- stock display cases with meat products
- operate meat grinder
- clean and sanitize meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- restock supplies
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate with meat department staff to maintain product availability
