- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate wrapping machines and meat grinders
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety regulations
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills

- Previous experience in meat handling or food service is a plus

- Ability to operate meat wrapping machines and grinders

Job Duties
- Wrap and label meat products using wrapping machine
- Stock display cases with wrapped meat products
- Operate meat grinder to prepare ground meat
- Clean and sanitize meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment and utensils
- Restock supplies for the meat department
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Assist in inventory management and product rotation
