Job Duties
- wraps and labels meat products using wrapping machine
- stocks display cases with meat products
- operates meat grinder
- cleans and sanitizes meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- restocks supplies
- ensures compliance with food safety regulations
- assists customers with meat product inquiries
