- ability to operate meat wrapping machine and grinder
- knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation procedures
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- willingness to adhere to all safety and health regulations
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in meat handling or food service is an asset
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to operate wrapping machines and meat grinders
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- good communication and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- Wrap and label meat products using wrapping machine
- stock display cases with meat products
- operate meat grinder safely and efficiently
- clean and sanitize meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- restock supplies as needed
