Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- adherence to sanitation and safety policies
- ability to follow instructions
- previous experience in a retail or meat department environment is a plus

- ability to operate meat cutting and grinding equipment

Job Duties
- Wraps and labels meat products using wrapping machine
- stocks display cases with meat products
- operates meat grinder
- cleans and sanitizes meat department including meat room and cooler
- sanitizes meat equipment and utensils
- restocks supplies as necessary
- ensures compliance with health and safety regulations
