Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in meat wrapping or retail meat department is an advantage
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- ability to operate meat wrapping and grinding equipment
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Wrap and label meat products using wrapping machines
- stock display cases with meat products
- operate meat grinders
- clean and sanitize meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- restock supplies in the meat department
- adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate with team members to maintain department quality
