Job Requirements

- prior experience in meat wrapping or processing preferred
- ability to follow food safety guidelines
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to work in a refrigerated environment

- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to use wrapping machines and meat grinders
- strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Wrap and label meat products using wrapping machine
- stock display cases with fresh meat items
- operate meat grinder to prepare meat products
- clean and sanitize meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- restock supplies to ensure department efficiency
