- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- physical capability to lift heavy items
- prior experience in a retail meat department preferred

- prior experience in meat wrapping or food handling preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to operate meat processing equipment
- good communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Wraps and labels meat products using wrapping machine
- stocks display cases with meat products
- operates meat grinder
- cleans and sanitizes meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- restocks supplies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards
- assists with inventory management
