- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to follow safety and hygiene regulations
- physical ability to lift moderate weights

- ability to operate wrapping machine and meat grinder
- understanding of sanitation and safety procedures in a meat department

- wraps and labels meat products using wrapping machine
- stocks display cases
- operates meat grinder
- cleans and sanitizes meat department including meat room cooler equipment and utensils
- restocks supplies
