Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- compliance with all health and safety regulations
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- basic food safety knowledge
- ability to operate meat wrapping machinery
- experience in meat handling preferred but not required
- good physical stamina
- ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- wrap and label meat products using wrapping machine
- stock display cases with meat products
- operate meat grinder to process meat
- clean and sanitize meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, utensils
- restock supplies in meat department
