- ability to operate meat wrapping machines
- knowledge of meat handling and safety standards
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- good hygiene and personal cleanliness
- ability to follow health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Wraps meat products using wrapping machine
- labels meat products accurately
- stocks display cases with meat products
- operates meat grinder to prepare ground meat
- cleans and sanitizes meat department including meat room,cooler,equipment,and utensils
- restocks supplies for meat department
- ensures compliance with health and safety standards
