Job Requirements
- no prior retail experience required
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours per shift
- capable of fine manipulation and pushing/pulling motions
- able to bend, twist, squat, and reach as necessary
- comfortable working with FDA-approved cleaning chemicals
- able to work in wet and cold environments
- skilled in handling knives and cutting equipment
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to use tools such as box cutters and electric pallet jacks

Job Duties
- maintains fresh and appealing meat displays by checking quality and rotating products
- stocks shelves and manages back stock keeping areas orderly
- performs cleaning duties including cases, glass, and equipment sanitation
- provides excellent customer service addressing needs and utilizing suggestive selling
- follows health and safety procedures including food safety compliance
- assists with sampling programs keeping areas clean and appealing
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties ensuring accuracy of signs and pricing
