Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk 6-8 hours per day
- Hand use with grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- Tolerance to temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to work in wet and cold environments
- Ability to safely handle knives and cutting equipment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate tools and heavy machinery including box cutters and electric pallet jacks

Job Duties
- Ensure fresh and appealing product displays by checking quality, stocking, and rotating items
- Maintain back stock organization
- Assist with sampling programs by keeping areas clean and stocked
- Clean cases, coolers, equipment, and floors as required
- Arrive on time, groomed, and ready for work
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customers and vendors
- Maximize sales through proper product handling and merchandising
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Participate in opening, mid, and closing duties
- Report safety hazards immediately
- Perform other duties as assigned
