Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- no prior retail experience required
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- able to stand or walk for 6-8 hours in an 8 hour shift
- ability to perform motions including bending twisting squatting reaching
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- able to work in wet and cold environments
- ability to use knives and other cutting equipment
- ability to work nights weekends and holidays
- capable of handling box cutters electric pallet jacks and heavy machinery
- adhere to store grooming and dress codes
- punctual and reliable attendance

Job Duties
- ensure fresh and appealing meat displays by checking quality stock and sanitation
- maintain back stock in good order
- assist with sampling program and keep sample areas clean
- clean cases glass coolers smokers floors and drains
- arrive prepared on time and adhere to schedule and training requirements
- provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling techniques
- maximize sales through proper prepping storing rotating stocking and merchandising
- comply with health sanitation and safety procedures
- maintain a clean and sanitary working environment
- perform opening mid and closing duties including pricing accuracy
- report safety hazards promptly
- perform other duties as assigned by leadership
