Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for long periods while assisting members
- Ability to work in fast-paced and physically demanding environment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in meat cutting or fresh food departments preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in using digital handheld devices for inventory and production management
- Commitment to teamwork and operational excellence
Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members to build a strong meat department team
- Demonstrates expertise in cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming, and packaging meat according to company standards
- Uses digital tools to facilitate sales, improve member experience, and support associate engagement
- Maintains operational excellence by ensuring work area meets safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Assists members by answering questions and helping with purchasing decisions
- Ensures proper labeling, packaging, and storage of meat products
- Adheres to company policies and ethics while executing business practices
