Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team
- Communicates with team members and adapts to business needs
- Demonstrates knowledge of floor and backroom operations
- Ensures product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Prepares meat products by cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming according to standards
- Utilizes digital tools for sales and quality decisions
- Maintains work area according to company policies and procedures
- Assists members with purchasing decisions
- Ensures merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored
- Acts as an advocate for the department by modeling high-quality service and products
- Complies with company policies and ethical standards
- Completes assignments by collaborating with managers and co-workers
- Communicates progress and adapts to feedback
