Job Qualifications

- previous experience in meat cutting or fresh food handling beneficial

- familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking
- basic knowledge of digital tools and willingness to adapt to new technologies
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs to work in different areas
- demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, backroom logistics, and product safety
- prepares meat products including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming according to standards
- maintains product quality and adheres to sanitation guidelines
- uses handheld technology for business decisions related to production and training
- ensures compliance with company policies and operational excellence
- assists members with purchasing decisions and maintains clean, neat, and well-stocked meat displays
- advocates for high-quality service and products while promoting a positive member experience
- completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks and adapting to feedback and change
